I lead the US telehealth platform behind DNAInsights, which offers genetic testing and preventive care through a national provider network.

AI in clinical and billing workflows
In-house AI instead of vendor tools: LLM-generated clinical notes in about a minute, an AI coding assistant for billing staff, and voice agents for patient outreach — with a human reviewing before anything is signed or billed.
COVESTX — US investment-syndication platform
ACH payments with Dwolla, e-signature with DocuSign, investor accreditation, weekly releases and incident management for a US fintech.

About
I'm Loc, a Vietnam-based engineer who has been building software since 2003. I joined GKIM Digital in 2011 as technical director and have been its CTO since 2020, delivering platforms for clients on four continents.
I like the whole journey: understanding the business, choosing the simplest architecture that will last, writing the code, deploying it, and making sure the team can run it after I step back. I explain trade-offs in plain language, and I put decisions in writing.
